As a future manager, i will put a program reminders to all my employees about my rules and regulations in using a computer. I will program a soft copy those rules and regulation. for instances, that during working hours employees are not allowed to play games and chatting. I will prohibeted those unethical works during working time they are allow to use the computer for the company purposes and those papers that are realated to their job. Specially those things that the manager required to them to do in computer because it could be an additional cost to company if they will allow to do things that are not related to thier works. In addition to that cases they are require not to let their children to use the computer or do their children project.

If you are just a student of RMMC and not currently working, cite a manual procedure here in our school which you prefer to computerize. Describe how this system should function and how can this help the employees and the students of RMMC.


If I am the students of RMMC and currently working, i want to have the computerize attendance to the students at the gate or in the entrance of the school. Before the students and the employees will enter the school they need to swipe at the computer for their attendance and for the security of the peolpe inside the school. In addition on that it would not be difficult to the teacher to have the attendance and it could easily monitor who in the class are always absent same through with the employees, and who are those peolple inside. Aside from that it is effecient on the side of the teacher and can't waste their time for teaching.
