Well for me the trends are very important and useful to all employees and even in individual person, sometimes we need to be aware on how a certain entity can compete to a company which has MIS. The reason why other company is still existing and why others are not, one of the problems that the entity encounter is the lack of capability to have MIS. It helps the company to provide more deatils about the stragies and plan of the on going bussiness, it also enhance the skills of the person using this because it provides more knowledge to us and it could increase the productivity o fthe company. In terms of decision making we can absolutely find what is the best solulution.

How can the managers & employees make use of information as a strategic/competitive advantage over other competitors?

The managers make use of information as the guide for them to be able to know effeciency the customers wants and needs, as well as the accomodation of the demands. The employees could easily manage to do research and finding solution to the company's on going bussineses and problems.

To be update and efficient, we can’t deny the fact that having technologies is more effective ways of living. Computers are designed to help the managers plan to be easier for them to do paper works and direct business and organizational operations of a certain entity. We need to learn how to use the computer specially the MIS, because this system will help the employees and the managers to become productive in the operations of the business and improving their strategies and ideas. This will serve also as their ways to accommodate the needs of the industries and customers more efficient.
